Two services, one method.
Both start with an audit. One week to one month, depending on scope, to rank your AI use cases by return and feasibility, with a baseline number so that what follows can be measured against it. What survives the audit becomes software, process and training.
Both are billed on what closes. Transformation runs as a programme with a governed roadmap and adoption metrics. Engineering runs as a standing team on your roadmap, two-week sprints, every request scoped within 24 hours, the work visible in a shared channel. The invoice follows the story points that closed, and what does not close is not billed.
